Cloud safety software provider, eCompliance, reached a deal to acquire Field iD, which is an equipment inspection software company.

With the acquisition, eCompliance expands its EHS management platform, which combines mobile inspections, interactive analytics, learning management, and asset management into a single cloud solution.

The acquisition enables eCompliance to expand its global reach by adding a diverse portfolio of enterprise organizations.
