A discharge of sulfur from the BP-Husky refinery in Toledo, OH, of 4 parts per million created an order for residents of Harbor View to remain in their homes Tuesday for almost an hour, police officials said.

The sulfur discharge could have caused irritation to the eye, said Oregon Police said. There were no injuries reported due to the sulfur discharge.
