A Robertson Fire Department assistant chief said the victim died Saturday at the Hussmann plant in Bridgeton. The company makes refrigeration equipment and food display cases.

An Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) spokesman said investigators arrived Monday. He said the preliminary findings show it appears no one cut off electrical power to the equipment before the man worked on it.

The spokesman said OSHA visited Hussmann four times in the past five years and has not found any violations since 2010.
