While firefighters were en route, they got a call saying workers were trapped on a crane that was on fire.
On the scene, firefighters found two people injured and laying on the ground near a burning outdoor storage tank they said was full of cooking oil and water.
They told firefighters it was safe to use water to put out that fire, and the flames were contained to the tank.
Investigators believe the fire was started by sparks coming off welding work performed nearby.
