Sometimes the plant just fights back.

After getting a 911 call, firefighters reached a manufacturing plant and saw flames shooting from the roof of a building in south Fulton County in Georgia.

The building houses a company called Tie Down Trailer Products, which makes after market boat trailer parts and roofing parts, among other things.

Explosions from oxygen and liquid propane tanks stored inside the facility made it a tricky fire to fight as canisters and tanks began to explode when the blaze reached its height.

“We had some of the LP tanks discharging, so we pulled back, went defensive,” said Fulton County Deputy Fire Chief Jack Butler. “The building itself is pretty much a total loss.”

There were no injuries in the blaze and investigators are still searching for a cause of the fire.
